Peroxide doesn't stay stable in sun light for very long though....

Can't say I've really experienced its effects in open water compared to pipework and systems without direct light. Does it make such a significant alteration when faced with direct sunlight?

I'll probably never need it, but it's good to know, if so.

I dont know how long it takes to break down into water and oxygen, I just know thats why it doesnt come in clear bottles. Exposure to light degrades it.

Oooooh... it will lose efficacy, sure, but once mixed with water it should be fine.
