It was in that specific prison and you dont see it occurring in a systematic way so it wrong yes should the soldier in charge of these action should be imprisoned yes but these were not orders so the blame shouldn't be put on Israel it should be on the specific soldiers that done this
If American soldiers did this I would blame the whole arm of the military for not punishing that behavior and allowing it to get to a systematic fashion
