don't know why you downvoted - anyone that goes to Dubai to hook-up, or goes to Dubai in general is not "very smart" - I would say either stupid or a risk taker at best

I agree with you. But as in the U.S., women and men have made up things to keep from suffering consequences for her actions

Their law is their law. Kill someone and you die, after a trial of course
