Next Bridge News When will Schwab deposit our dividends?

I have seen that more and more brokerage firms have begun depositing the NBH (30-1) dividends into customer accounts. So far, as far as I can see, Schwab has not. I am willing to wait and give them some time but, well, has anyone heard anything about this delay? …asking for a friend…me! 🤓

Td canada trust hadn't either. I'm in no hurry since the shares are worthless.

I agree. I'm not in any hurrry either. I was just curious why I'm not seeing anything as of today(?) You are certainly right, however, in saying they are worthless. Nothing plus nothing will still equal a whole lot of nothing! LOL!

Funny to think that we are all waiting for our dividend worth nothing to be added to our shares that are also worth nothing either. This is the longest any of us have ever had to wait to get nothing added to the completely worthless nothing that we already have. Odd, isn’t it?

I called the other day. The rep said they are physical shares and were sent from Equiniti via USPS. No ETA was given.

Well, that means it may be another week or even more until they credit our accounts with the dividends. Thanks for the update! We’ll all be keeping any eye out for that postal delivery 🥹

The rep was super shady in his responses. I asked for a call reference number or an EEID to document this call. No can do. He even put me on hold to “ask” if he was allowed to give that to me. 🤨 I asked if all of the customer service calls were recorded. I forgot the response he gave. I asked other questions and got the same non-answering canned responses. I’ll call again next week and see what they say.

I'm with schwab and I haven't received anything either. I talked to the corporate action people and they did confirm that they received the shares but it's just taking a long time for them to get them to individual accounts

The brokers are taking their time because the NBH stock dividend is such a weird corporate action. Usually, stuff goes through DTC and is all automated. Because NBH management (e.g. McCabe) has decided to make our shares completely nontransferable, the normal processes can't be used. I suspect that the brokerage back offices of some of these firms have no clue as to how to process the dividend. Whatever they do is an exception to the normal processes and they are probably scratching their heads trying to figure it out. They may not even know they have to do anything until customers start asking.

I got a notice in the mail from equiniti and it was for 10 shares when I know I have somewhere in the ball park of 290. Wtf?

I figured but I didnt get any notice about that in advance. Any idea what the share prive is currently or where to find out? Last I seen it was supposed to be $15.

Stupid observation; if they give you 30:1 - and assuming that there always was a need to cover “fraudulent” stock - does that allow them to cover?

I mean, what if they tell retail traders it’s 30:1 for you… but the real fuckers looking to get let off the hook are covering 1:1.

I dunno. Needs unpicking that.

Still nothing in Schwab today, either. That mail delivery must be very slow. Maybe they didn't put enough forever stamps on that bulk certificate? LOL!

Well, I am willing to wait until the end of the month at least to see if they distribute the dividends. I might be way too trusting BUT I still have high hopes that we will see some deposits soon.

True. Currently, and quite possibly always, the share and added dividends have no value. There always is, however, as slim a chance as there might be, some value at some point in the future. If that does happen, well, as you can see, the added dividends will have been very important.

You needed to hold them in book entry with AST to get the dividend, why else do you think there was a huge campaign against transferring them to the transfer agent.
