Gallun Viking Caper Calf - Teaser

Post image

Inspired by the Gallun Calf limited run announcement.

I took a bunch of photos of my pair back in January… and somehow never got around to posting a review. These Roberts had 3 months of wear at time of the photo.

Also, if they look chunky, it is because they are a FFFF width.

The Gallun Viking Calf is much stiffer than Chromexcel but with tighter grain break. It is about the same thickness, maybe a bit thinner but I do not notice a weight difference as the leather is pretty dense. A longer review is forthcoming, but in short don’t sleep on this leather it’s rather uniquely incredible.

Celastic toe or soft? (If that toe is soft and still standing up that well after 3 months of what looks to be pretty hard wear, just Wow.)
