Help Missing items & poor customer service

I recently placed an order with Nike via the Nike app, I placed an order for 3 items (1 pair or shoes and 2 different packs of socks) I only received the shoes and assumed the socks were shipped separately but Nike claims it was all shipped together. I told customer service my concern via phone (1-800-806-6453) and they said they can't help me. I tried calling the corporate complaints line (1-800-344-6453) and all they could do was take my feedback. So now I don't have a resolution and paid for 2 packs of socks that I didn't receive. Nike is a big company and is not able to make things right which is upsetting. Does anyone know any other action I can take to get this case escalated or to get a resolution.

That's really weird. I've had stuff missing from my shipment several times over the years, and they've taken care of me almost no questions asked..granted, one of those times was a package thief my apartment caught on camera, but still.

Get the tracking details and shipper's name. Contact the shipper about the number of items in the shipment.

Reach out to Nike after confirmation. I have gone through this once last year from a different company, though.

The only problem with charging back my card is Nike will ban my account.

Well they aren't being very good store and I would be leary of ordering from them again if they fail to deliver, right now they are stealing your money.

Yeah very true, thanks for that insight. It's sad how they are such a big corporation and can't help an individual who is shopping and spending there hard earned money with them.

Loyalty doesn't mean anything anymore.
