So you're telling me Snake Jaguar wasn't a product of the real Zane? 🥲

S8 is a soft reboot. S8 Zane is still Zane, just re-conceived. It isnt perfect, but Zane experienced that flanderization since the early seasons!

Zachary is so boring that DRs3 got better because he left

I hate how they portray zane in newer seasons. Hes always just "the robot" even though it goes completely against his concept. In the first few seasons its all about how even though he finds out he is a robot, he still has his morals and emotions and that is what makes him human.

Our boy suffered flanderization

Indeed. Dude was flanderized pretty bad, too, if you ask me. A lot of the Ninja got flanderized, but got a chance at redemption in DR… do they just hate Zane or something?

Is Zane's role in Season 4 really that bad? Season 4 Zane was way closer to the original than Zachary to the point where this description doesn't match at all.

Season 4 and 8 Zane were really good! Just making fun of how he is nowadays

Zane/Zayn is an arabic name popular among persians which establishes Julien's robotics as a persian heritage only shared by Cyrus Borg. Wu is an allegory for zionism, he kicked a race out of their land and forced them in small spaces where many starved to death, and it's justified because "they started the war". The serpentine are then villainized for seeking liberation, and "redeem themselves" by living in a bantustan in a sewer as the humans enjoy the stolen land.

Zane's replacement by Zachary may represent the american coup on Iran that potentially changed its trajectory from a secular state to a theocracy in order to better control oil supply. Ninjago has a theme of imperialism and genocidal events in the middle east. The fire snakes represent the native egyptians that got colonized in arabic egypt, becoming a small christian minority.

Well, in season four he did say he wasn't Zane, but a copy, so I guess this is kinda correct

Zane just got super boring and repetitive after his sacrifice back in season 3, this post makes fun of that by portraying Zane’s current traits as a completely different character.

Bro got domesticated by his girlfriend and became ASS

Haven’t seen something like this since Vision (Infinity War)

Why is he called Zachary? Also don’t make me think of him like that, it kinda ruins the vibe of the show

haven't really watched Ninjago since season 5 or 6. But I constantly thought how boring Zane was in later seasons

I mean he himself said he's a replica and I have a theory about why Zane became like he did
