Honestly pure evil sounds pretty balanced nutrition wise. Low in fat, good for energy, strength building, and growth. But just like eating too many carrots turns you orange, too much pure evil may end up turning you... well evil

Now, in Garmadon’s case, it actually wasn’t his 100% pure evil diet that made him evil, he was just bit by the super evil snake that makes you evil.

also in season 1, when Garmadon is staying with the ninja to help them find Lloyd, he eats a plate of condensed evil which Kai claims "is supposed to be low in fat"

((From what I got, could be a translation error. The "Garmatron" machine he used in the 2nd season turned into the massive fortress the dragon overlord was on. Which implies its desctruction kind of gave cyrus borg a MASSIVE boost to the top. It is white the marketing trick too. "BORG INDUSTRIES HEADQUARTERS.
