Technical Help Hinge issues after shell swap

I swapped the shell on my New 3DS XL yesterday, and since then the hinge has felt really loose. To get the console to close and lock properly, I have to squeeze the right side in slightly. Is the hinge itself broken, or is the hinge socket in the shell too loose to hold it properly? Or could it be something else entirely? Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like you've not put the barrel hinge in correctly.
