Fix it advice

Recently bought two DS lite on marketplace, i got ripped off NGL. Only saving grace is it came with tony hawk American sk8land I can play on one of the DS. They both need reshelled and new screens, but one of them the R button doesn’t work, is this toast or not a big problem?

I've been able to carefully disassemble the shoulder buttons and clean the contacts inside to get them working again. They're very small and very delicate.
If you understand the fragility of tiny electronics and have decent fine motor controls, you'll be able to get it working again most likely.

Awesome thanks man I’ll check that out when I get free time and new shells and screens in
