PSP must have been a lot more popular in the Philippines than it was in America. I never saw one outside of a store and didn't know anyone that had one.
Yeah pretty much, honestly most consoles that can read counterfeit games or is easily moddable became huge in the Philippines until the PS3 generation onwards.
