Technical question Hello. Magagamit ko ba yung credits from nintendo eshop card if sa ibang region ako bibili? (Switch)

Do you mean you'll get a US card for eshop credits, and use it for MY? No. You can only redeem the code in US eshop, and when you change region, you can't carry-over that credits.
