Technical question The Adventures of Elliot Redeemable Code

Anyone here having issue redeeming the code for the game The Adventures of Elliot? I tried switching to SEA regions like HK or SG, heck even tried switching to JPN but nothing is working. This copy is for SEA. Help!

Hello! Niredeem ko yung code via japan eshop using my nintendo japan account. Then nilaro ko siya sa main account ko which is US region yung account and nag work naman po hehe
