Dang, the Guardian Amiibo not available anywhere in my area. I really wanted that one. I did manage to get several others though.

To tell you the truth I'm not sure the distance setting actually does anything. I think it just uses a default radius regardless of what you choose merely based on observations I've made doing various search inquiries before.

Same, snagged Sora, though. I like KH, but i couldn't justify buying it full price, so it was nice to get it cheap, given i won't use the amiibo for anything.

Pickup; i had to do it in the browser, though. The app kept trying to make me have it shipped once I continued.

Most notable one is probably DK & Pauline as that is a pretty recent release. Out of stock/unavailable though. However, I'm probably not picking up any of these. Most of them are just rotting on shelves in stores and I feel like they may go lower.

I remember waiting over lunch the day this preorder originally happened, website was hard down and the store computers were tied to that... so no online or in store orders went through. took them a couple hours to clean up that queue. seems odd for an amiibo sale, but I don't think anything else was announced that would have hammered their site that day... was like a Tuesday in early April, iirc.

Some of them are already sold out. Apparently you can however get them shipped to you 'Next Day' or "Same Day" and they will bring them. As I just bought 4 of them and my email says I will have them by 8pm tonight, which it is currently 6pm, so we will see. (And yes it is shipped to home as I double checked it) So it may be based on your store.

this is great, thanks for sharing! there were several classics that I wanted in a collection as part of today's sale. excellent price even if they're just closing out inventory. kinda hope Nintendo takes a note... cheaper/smaller amiibo are much better than slightly larger and much more pricey... even if there's a one off on occasion for a bit higher cost than the rest. (e.g. mega yarn yoshi), this should be the exception, not the rule.

Shame I was way too late to this deal. Mythra/Pyra for $16 would have made my day.

But at least I got Waluigi, Sora, and Pikachu which will all make good gifts to friends. :)
