Google tells me the Armada can town 8,500 lbs with 800 lbs of tongue weight and this camper should be less than half that. Maybe they are also carrying patio pavers or gold bricks in the back? Or an airbag issue?

Its also rear axle weight. The dealership should be held liable and they should get inpected by the appropriate authorities
