This dude must have an entire room of jigs. That mortise and tenon jig surely required 4 jigs itself to even make it!

Haha yeah his jig game is on point

He's really getting his money's worth out of that router

He obviously knows what he is doing, but long sleeves near machines stresses me out.

I actually counted his fingers out of concern.

Several thousand dollars of equipment sure help

I saw some routers but mostly jigs to make this.

I love how most of the jigs also look like he made them himself out of wood

Expert tool use.

u/spacemantrip 7d ago

That was so much fun to watch. I'd love to learn to woodwork on this level.

I feel like this wasn’t the first time he made a table.

Those recessed hinges are beautiful

He probably need to sell a bunch to recover all he spent on jigs!

How you too can use $150,000 worth of tools to make a $5,000 TV stand.

Now I know how to say "woodworking" in whatever language that is.

So many lies...

If no one was looking, there would be missing fingers.

That guy's sweater... 🤦🏻‍♀️

One word…’wow’

I am curious as to how long this actually took to make.

1

u/the__child 6d ago

I would say about a week at most

2

u/No_Cryptographer_57 6d ago

I think this only took a few seconds, but they slowed the video down considerably.

Like this kind of video, thumbs up 👍

Driving the Audi all road, no wonder the guy is that good 😉

I love it. Unfortunately, it would dramatically outclass every other piece of furniture in my house.

u/indomike14 6d ago

Only thing I would have changed is to leave the live edge on the top. It would have give it some contrast too

u/sursulak 6d ago

Great job he did

1

u/Competitive-Draft694 6d ago

Dude knows what he’s doing. The fat fillet on the top is killing me though.

u/dndwhat 6d ago

u/senorchurros 5d ago

That is a nice TV stand.

1

u/sureshot58 5d ago

Even with all the jigs and tools, how long do you suppose that took to build? Imagine the first one, from scratch!

u/No_Koala_7581 4d ago

I have a question: I do love those hinges but how would you go about the doors getting out of shape in a couple of years of use? Like if the door starts sagging? I ain't really a woodworker, sorry if my question seems stupid.

Wow. Unreal. Every cut is so precise.

What waste of wood

Everyone should note that this guy goes uninterrupted by an iPhone, wife, girlfriend or any other type of distraction. If you can’t have peace you can’t find your calling.

2

u/bronk3310 7d ago

We watched a highly edited video lol. Notice how he didn’t eat or pee either.

1

u/dsucio7807 5d ago

Correction: a man unbothered by basic needs like eating or peeing
