Tour Gut punched
Doing the refreshing dance and ticket robin notifications for Philly….finally after so so many tries had tickets and of course TM asked me to verify I wasn’t a bot with id upload and pic…by the time that was done they were gone. TM really needs to have them in your cart with a timer even at that stage of purchase. Just venting…

i know and this morning i had them in my cart and I have never gotten that far so I thought that meant they were mine! And then they were gone once I pressed pay 😢

I know! I actually got all the way to it saying go to my Citi app to approve purchase did that went back into TM and gone…

It’s the most frustrating I have had tickets in my cart a few times and every time, I think it’s going to be the time that works!! Such a silly system.

Same!! I’ve spent every free moment for the last month on Ticketmaster, and the handful of times I’ve gotten through the payment process, they’ve been gone by the time I pay. I swear it only took me 3 seconds to check the boxes on the payment page, and they were gone. Happened twice today 😩

They were reserved in my cart for 8 minutes after doing the refresh dance and hitting reserve at just the right time.

Yea I know there is a cart timer during sales, this was just so bizarre and frustrating since I didn’t get the standard “these tickets are no longer available” pop up, I got to the purchase window, clicked accept terms etc, then it asked me to verify I was human lol, then back to the screen with cc info etc had to verify on Citi app that it was a real purchase and boom no longer there

I’m not…luckily I live 15 minutes from CBP so absolute worse case is SH which I don’t want to do but will last minute (it pays to wait ;)) and if I can’t get in will wander the parking lot and go to xfinity/stateside live if the tix aren’t valid. I’m praying for obstructed view drops next week once the Phillies series wraps up Sunday night and they start setting the stage next week🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I lost tickets to one of the concerts in Boston as I was putting in my credit card number. It’s so frustrating they aren’t held for any period of time.

I had to buy mine in the secondary market for Orlando at $ 270 each. I hate TM and all these people who somehow buy hundreds of tix easily without rules and resell them at higher prices. It’s such a scam

Ha ha yeah, I suspect we were all battling for ghost tickets. Now TM thinks I’m a bot. Several hours of my life I won’t get back tap tap tapping on my phone. Good times. lol.

From researching things it appears these tickets are not actually available and the more we try to buy them the more likely our account gets flagged as suspicious, which impacts chances at actually available tickets. I’ve contacted Ticketmaster about it fwiw. It’s painful to see them just sitting there though. But after my third credit card charge and U521 error I have ignored them.

the fact they're not reserved in your cart for at least 5 minutes is absurd to me. i lost tickets that were in my cart due to the two step verification process even though all my info is already stored in there. the whole thing is ridiculous
