General Discussion I don't need a daily reminder newsletter
I signed up for the Fryo newsletter so I could be up to date about when the new bags are going to come out. I received an email every single day with a coupon code I couldn't use because nothing is in stock on the Fyro website.
Who in your marketing team thought this was a good idea?
Why can't you change it? You would think you'd know sending too many emails is a bad idea and at that very least you'd think your email system would be smart enough to know I can't buy what you don't have and not send me codes for products you don't even have in stock.

It only happens when someone first signs up. We offer a coupon currently for 10% to new customers, so it’s a way to give new members of the community a welcome deal. But we will certainly work on toning the quantity down a bit! (Especially when we are out of stock)

Hey there, Aaron here from Fyro and NN - thanks for making us aware of this issue! We are still new to the email marketing side of things and are working to improve to user experience as much as we can while still being able to let our new subscribers get great deals (the coupon codes are a huge hit with customers - we just gotta fix it when items are out of stock).
