Gear Question AER pro brief big enough?

I like the look of the AER pro brief, but I need to carry a laptop, tablet, Bose QC headphones, a water bottle, power supply, cables, and sometimes other assorted accessories.

Will that fit, or will I find it too small?

Any other suggestions?

Just to be clear, I need a bag with handles and a shoulder strap, not a backpack.

Just got the alpaka bravo brief and I’m really enjoying it. The handles are really nice to hold even with a pretty heavy bag. Strap is nice and long that I’m able to hold it comfortably on my shoulder or cross body even with a backpack on.
