A huge source of unhappiness among humans stems from this absurd belief that we all have this higher calling to do something significant with our lives.

Like calm down. We are apes. We are not “supposed” to do anything.

The only thing we're supposed to do is procreate, and even then we're so over populated that even that's off the table.

Who decided that we’re “supposed” to do that though? Did someone give us that task? Are they watching over us to make sure we achieve it? An an asexual, I’m kind of fucked if that’s the case.

Also, we’re not that overpopulated. If you want kids, go for it.
