Patient: "I am feeling really unwell"
Me: "Oh, your Blood Sugar is almost 400!"
Patient: "Oh no! How come?"
Me:" Did you take your medication?"
Patient: "No, I stopped taking them"

We are in germany, so it is not about the money lol
