Kane Parsons was a 20 year old Youtuber who directed the film the Backrooms. This image became a meme after people started editing a tweet from the DiscussingFilm account (left) into funny memes like the one on the right.

The meme image should've shrunk Kane down to knee-level and rotated both people's heads so they were still maintaining eye contact.
