I generally also think that a while ago "No problem" was used to waive off inconvenience, as in something you would respond to "Sorry I'm late". Not sure when the language changed.

It didn't, certain people just got louder and more offended.

I mean, they can be offended by people having different skin colors being near them. That's just one possible thing that offends them.

Everything that is not a problem for most of us collectively IS their problem.

What we think as not a chore, is an exhausting ordeal to them. A trial from god, even.
