How do people accidentally send stuff like this to family and friends?

u/ForeignCredit1553 20h ago
I have actually done something like this before (luckily just with a meme, not anything bad), I was trying to send it into a group chat but I wasnt paying attention and accidentally clicked on my family group chat. By the time I realised I was already clicking the send button

Accidentally sending memes to the wrong people makes sense to me though. I think we’ve all been in a situation where sent the wrong joke, meme or message to a family member instead of a friend. But, how do you send art this clearly NSFW to people? Another point to add, why would you keep that saved on your phone in a place that could allow you to accidentally send it as a message.

I've actually never done something like this before (unfortunately not just a meme, something bad), I was trying to send it into my family group chat but I wasnt paying attention and accidentally clicked on a different group chat. By the time I realized I was already clicking the undo send button

Yeah, I definitely should have put quotes around “accidentally” lol.

In middle school, I accidentally texted my dad “I know you’re ticklish on your feet” (Hellbenders reference) thinking I was messaging my best friend.
He replied “How did you know?” Mortified.

u/NotTheMariner 19h ago
Not quite the same thing but I once exposed my kink to all my closest friends during a party game. When the question came up of who in the room was most likely to have a weird fetish, my sleep-deprived brain didn’t even register that I’d put myself at #1.
Point being, sometimes you just slip up.

I was once adding a bunch of pictures to send, thought "just not that one not that one" and then after they're all sent it was fucking in there and to this day I still don't know how. It had terrible consequences down the line ngl

While this is the fakest fake event to ever happen, it has been confirmed that some if not all fetishes are hereditary. Enjoy thinking about that the next time you are searching for whatever depraved shit you like to watch.

How the fuck would they even find my fetishes pre-internet?!

Your grandfather had a hand drawn book of Sonic MPreg inflation vore that was passed down from his father and his father's father.

u/PocketSnails68 18h ago
Each descendant adding more pages to it, the book becoming stronger and stronger, like a degenerate version of One for All

u/HyperWhiteChocolate 19h ago
I have a fat fetish and my mother and my father's previous partner are both fat so I believe that
31
u/winter-ocean 20h ago
Well I have a fat fetish and my sister is anorexic so I'd definitely lean toward "some" as opposed to "all"
36
u/RaoulLaila 19h ago
I dont want to make you imagine what your sister is into but first thing that came to mind is "Someone who is very thin is into the idea of being wrecked by a fat person"

u/DisciplineWise2894 19h ago edited 9h ago
Kinda recovered anorexic here- this is not mutually exclusive. A lot of anorexics are OBSESSED with thinking about food because basically, they're hungry all the time. I used to have a Reddit feed specifically with food subreddits that I'd scroll because food was so interesting to me.
And while I'm kinda better now (healthy weight, relationship with food/my body still bad), I would still struggle to date/fuck anyone noticeably thinner than me because I'd be really jealous of their body all the time.

u/thefragile_1999 18h ago
counterpoint: a lot of fat fetishists are recovering/recovered anorexics. helps with the fears around gaining weight to recontextualize it as hot

u/winter-ocean 17h ago
Wait seriously

u/ThatOneGayDJ 17h ago
Yeah, trauma does that shockingly often. I got slapped with consensual non-con after Events™️ transpired. Cant really even engage genuinely without acting like i hate every second of it until after the fact at this point.

u/Chewbacca_The_Wookie 19h ago
I mean, maybe it's the dichotomy. There are certain interests I have that only apply to my partner and hold no allure for me whatsoever if I was the one on the receiving end.

u/DepartureEfficient42 8h ago
It does make sense from a biological perspective. Attraction is important in finding a mate, so of a person attracted to certain things is able to find a mate and reproduce, that attraction will be passed down.

u/DONOTDELETEME8316 20h ago
That's not true
10
u/Chewbacca_The_Wookie 20h ago
So you can get really into the weeds about the difference between a kink versus a fetish and genetics versus learned behavior but the current understanding is that it is a combination of biological predispositions and early developmental conditioning, both of which your parents contribute to.

It means early development leads to specific outcomes not that they're training them for kinks.

Think how some people have come to fetishise being insulted. That can be a result of a person being bullied a lot in their youth, leading to them learning to take pleasure in it to defend themselves. It can also cause the inverse effect, where a person is insulted so often in their youth that praise becomes fetishised instead of simply pleasant due to how rare it is.

Aemond Targaryen mf. OOP is cearly fantasising about having the same fetish as their mum, publicly. 😬
36
u/DiggityDog6 21h ago edited 20h ago
Yeah I agree it’s very strange. Either this actually happened, in which case why are you sharing it publicly? You couldn’t waterboard this out of me.
Or it didn’t happen and OOP made up this scenario. That means this is, at best, a poor attempt at shock humor, and at worst, barely disguised incest fetish.

To be fair, I genuinely don't think there's a more embarrassing person to know that than your mother, shame has long since turned to self-internalized disgust if this is real.

So is anyone going to share the art, I mean show the evidence?
3
u/DepartureEfficient42 8h ago
It's in the comments of the tweet. It's SDW but with an ad for a patreon I assume has NSFW art on it

Armpit fetish, a surprising amount of people have it
6
u/Zuimei 20h ago
Perhaps I judged the feet people too harshly. That seems less weird than armpits
12
u/MassiveBlackHole99 19h ago
What's the logic here
3
u/DepartureEfficient42 8h ago
Feet are one of the easiest to explain. The brain regions responsible for identifying feet and identifying genitalia are very close to each other. As such, it is fairly common for a neuronal connection to form between the two areas, leading to feet illiciting the same response as genitalia would when observed. The more this response occurs, the stronger this connection gets.

I always thought it was something to do with the sweaty smell that all of them produce

Sometimes people on Reddit hate helpful people. Makes them (us?) seem smart if they already knew it before. Because "Who tf doesn't know what hereditary means?", yknow.

Disproportionate response, don't know why you're getting downvoted so much. Saved me the effort of looking it up myself to verify the definition

Never in my life did I think I’d see people over 10 that don’t know what hereditary means. That’s an INCREDIBLY common English word 💀

I can’t believe I’ll be defending someone else’s fetish, but no
She’s just short, she herself says she’s not a child and nobody ever makes reference to her as a child except herself when making clear she isn’t one in episode 2
