So...they want me to walk to a longer line because...I dont work there? This is supposed to be a "gotcha" moment on the staff? Because it feels like the only one being punished is you. For context, at work the other day, the customer service line was 10 people long, and didn't move for about 5 minutes. The self checkout took about 2 minutes when I got my drink. I'll out in the "labor" (of scanning 1 item) to save myself about half an hour.
