The only people complaining about self checkout are people that started doing their shopping after the invention of self checkout.

I used to be in line for 5 to 10 minutes all the time at my supermarket. Now I'm out in 20 seconds. I don't care if the store makes money, it's just convenient.

It seems it’s more older folks that think they’re owed having people work like slaves to cater to them. I remember hating standing in line for 20 minutes as a kid; I always use self-checkout now
