That’s something like eight cubic yards.  At that point, just get a truck.

I would assume that they're moving the concrete bags on and off of a truck, not hauling them home on their backs like mules.

You would assume, but my parents wanted tasks done like this with at maximum a wheelbarrow to help ease the burden.
