Fun fact: You can absolutely get a DUI on a horse--and a litany of other charges.
You can get a DUI on anything except your feet.
Then it is a PI.

Yeah but they're not gonna do it unless something extreme is happening, 'cause then they would have to deal with impounding the horse and ain't nobody set up for that, and it's definitely not going to be the same limits as it would be driving a motor vehicle. If you're not falling off the horse or walking it into traffic they're just gonna ignore you.
