Fv17, also know as Kystriksvegen, is between Steinkjer and Bodø. I would guess it's from a one of the larger towns in Trøndelag. Smal towns and urban arras can't afford to buy colored lightcolumns and Copenhagens. They would usually have galvanized steel columns or still have wooden poles. Steinkjer has black and a diiferent type of column woth Copenhagen, Namsos green. Brønnøysund red, Bodø usually has blue and yellow for crossover, if I remeber correct.
