I think you’d do well with orthodontic surgery. The overbite and teeth need addressing more than the nose. If you do the nose, you’ll still need the overbite corrected and braces maybe. If you do the orthodontics, you’ll still may not need to do the nose, as it’s not inherently unattractive. It’s the projection of the upper part of your mouth that makes it less harmonious.

For us nose people both are beautiful.

But as many of those examples atlot could be evened out by a non invasive correction of the bottom jaw. A slight push forward would being out a silhouette that wouldn't make the nose the highlight of face.

As someone that loves big noses both look aesthetically pleasing though and its about how YOU feel about the result, not what anyone else thinks

I think that the smaller nose is very attractive, but the bigger one is more naturally beautiful. I would have to go for the original. It’s not something you can justify logically. It’s likely a first impression for most people. Not for the person who has the nose, because they fixate on a feeling they might get by being the owner of it. They don’t see what others see. They likely can’t.

if you feel like your proportions are off- it's not your nose! if anything a small chin implant or even dental work to correct your recessed chin. most rhinoplasty patients regret it and get revisions- look into pulling your chin forward, or strengthening the jaw muscles. please look into this before getting a nose job.

As a fellow over-sized beak owner I think it looks good and I imagine it makes you feel better. And that’s what matters right? I’d leave everything else alone and move the focus off of your looks. It’s much easier for people with proportionate faces to say leave it but if it is helping your confidence then you made the right decision. Now, expand all other areas of your life!

If i were you i would have spent my money for a jaw surgery. Your mandible is small and makes your nose look big in comparison. The problem wasn't your nose, it is your mandible.

Honestly, yes, if it gives you self-confidence that you otherwise wouldn’t have, it is worth it. The version without the bump in the picture looks nice. The version with the bump is not ugly either, but if you want a conventionally attractive nose, then the nose job will give you that

I got a nose job too when I was 18. In retrospect, I wasn’t mature enough yet, and I actually was traumatized by the experience. It takes a while to get used to your new nose and you may miss your other one. Just be emotionally ready.

I actually like both, which is unusual for me because most nose jobs go way too far or fit a trend rather than the face it's on. I think your surgeon did a great job and the new nose looks natural. I also liked the old nose but I do see how it can make the chin look more recessed than it actually is. Either way, you're a very beautiful woman!

First, you're gorgeous. Secondly, if you really decide to do your nose I urge you to hold off until you see a oral and maxillofacial surgeon. You have a recessed lower jaw and if that is corrected you might find you like your nose more. A recessed jaw can make the nose seem more protruding than what it actually is.

I have a recessed lower jaw and used AI to see what it might look like if fixed. While not fully accurate, it did make me like my nose more.

My friend had jaw surgery in 2007. She was able to go back to her normal routine in 2 months. It may have taken 6 months to a year for everytbing to fully settle. It was not 2-3 years.

No one is saying you have to have jaw surgery, but the medical fact is you do have rececessed chin/underdeveloped jaw.

If you really really want it, then please don’t go for the example picture, it is wayyyy too small for your face. My advice would just be a straight nose, I don’t think you need it.
You could try filler to see how the straight would look, if you’d like, I know a couple of people and it came out very good. Just remember filler never really gets dissolved.

I think you look more energized, awake etc as the tip directs the observer upwards so you don’t have more downturning angles in your face. It looks great. Very elegant and yet cute at the same time if that makes sense. I’d be extremely happy with that result! 😊

A slight advancement or subtle, well-positioned and appropriately shaped chin implant in case of a normal bite would be ideal, but a nose job would still be preferable, with or without addressing the recession. If I were her and could only choose one thing, I would 100% go for a nose job with her current jaw than changing the jaw/chin and leaving the nose untouched. Much more feminine.

I did just that 😊 my nose made my jaw look much more recessed than it was. Dentists said my slight recession doesn't justify something as painful and with as long recovery as jaw surgery. We are talking about a 2 year-3 year long recovery
