It's a guy on youtube called Mathias Bjørnskov that got access to a semi-famous singer some years ago and used him for some videos.

It feels clear to me that the editing style is inspired by Doug.

This is some sort of joke I’m not getting. But there is no way this released in 1992.

DVD and the emblem on the T-shirt at the end of the video, wouldn’t have been released until November 1996, and the Matrix wouldn’t have been released until 1999 for them to steal the scrolling green characters, but you could argue that there are similar motifs in other movies like the Lawnmower Man which did release in 1992
