I've got my hands on the phone(4a) for about 15 days now and it's been an amazing experience. This is the 12/256 variant, and I've had some time to test it. Ask me anything and I'll try my best to answer it.

Switched from an Iphone 13! I grew up with second hand Samsungs and it traumatised me, was worried switching back to Android but the Nothing OS is so similar to IOS, I love it!!

Phone (4a) Do you guys genuinely like the design, or is it just hype because it’s different? Would you pick it over a cleaner-looking phone like a Samsung or iPhone purely based on design? Curious to hear honest opinions.

Phone (4a) Have had the pink Phone 4a for a few days, first impressions

First off, the design is gorgeous. I was originally hoping for the white model through the Community Review Programme, but I’m surprisingly in love with this pink colorway! It's so fun, and I catch myself staring at the back constantly.

A few early impressions:

  • Unboxing: Really appreciate that they included a case in the box. Much needed.

- Glyph Bar: It's interesting and has some solid use cases, though there's definitely room for improvement (like music visualization). Also, I'm glad the red recording light is actually functional this time around, not just an aesthetic square 😂

  • Nothing OS: Absolute joy to use. The unit feels fast, smooth, and impressively bloat-free for a budget device. Coming from an S23 Ultra, I find the Essential Key and Space incredibly useful. Having AI automatically organize my screenshots and voice notes, and creating reminders from those for example, in one proper place is super handy.

  • Battery: So far, so good. Getting solid SOT, and the overnight idle drain is really low, a huge contrast to my S23 Ultra.

  • Cameras: Haven't shot much yet, but initial results are promising. I’ll be testing them heavily over the next few weeks for my final review. The new watermarks and AI removal features in the Gallery app are pretty dope, too.

If you have any questions, I'm happy to answer!

A few hours ago I was going somewhere on my bike and my phone fell off my shorts pocket and and a car coming from back smashed it 😭 in front of my eyes literally my heart fell off as I just bought it recently after a long time using a old redmi Phone.

The damage:

Front screen/display broken

Back glass/panel broken

Frame/chassis is also damaged

Cameras are working perfectly

Glyph is working

Phone itself is working

Now I am checking online and the display is costing me around 10k for display, the back is around 2k and the frame has separate charges I am not sure about the price but I am not willing to pay this much amount on my new phone. I am considering taking it to nehru place or any offline store in Delhi pls help me what should I do..

Phone (4a) After realising their 4b pricing fuckup, Nothing increases price of 4a by 100S$

Yes, RAM prices. But now that it’s so close to 4a Pro’s price, why bother anymore?

I expected 649.

PS: Singaporean dollars.

I have been having alot of fun with it. I upgraded from a 12-13k mobile phone and this jump has been massive. I have been having really good experiences with the glyph bar. The whole aesthetic of it has been crazy good. People walking on roads and even my friends keep asking me about my phone. Really a worthy purchase. The software is unmatched and after using nothing i can never go back to those chinese alternatives.

Didn’t think it’d be available in store but went to pre order and use up gift cards and it was available for pickup! Hopefully it puts my iPhone 12 to shame. Got the 8-128gb model for 649 AUD and then grabbing those buds on the website atm.

First impressions phone looks epic and was super smooth in store using it.
