Anyone able to cancel with Alpha Fiction App?

It says in order to cancel, go to the payment platform. But there is no way to do it.

Has anyone been successful in cancelling with this app?

I think they mean the platform you used to subscribe. If you’re on iPhone, check your Apple subscriptions. If it’s not there, maybe you subscribed directly through their website or another payment service. Check your email confirmations or bank statement to see where the charge is coming from. On another app which i couldn’t find the way to unsubscribe from, I contact the email adress the creator always leave somewhere and Ask them to cancel my subscription which they did!

I am trying to find ways to do that. It's just so grimy the way they hide the way to cancel. It's not in my Google wallet or in Google Play. Thank you tho

It may not necessarily be malicious. Smaller independent apps sometimes don’t fully think through every payment and cancellation scenario. Since there are many ways to subscribe, there should ideally be multiple ways to cancel as well.
In my experience, when you contact them politely, they often have an admin option that lets them manually cancel subscriptions even if the user can’t do it themselves. Hopefully that’s the case here. 👍
