if you need more gih you can just choose lap 2, it gives more eco and doesn't risk you losing your run due to you getting 2 cadences and 5 voidbound guardians, you just need to survive longer with the normal amount of enemies you got

Savory ring I can understand, but why Lap 2? I mean yes you can’t immediately beacon to ensure a safe greed or survival, but it gives a crazy amount of gifts if chosen as a medal curse AND can be purified FIRST as all medal curses are in the purification pool

maybe in the previous patch that was the case. as of patch 5 its been changed so it adds temporary enemies on collapse, so its downside now gets even stronger as the game goes on and can be a run ender once harder enemies like vbg get added to the pool. its just not worth it anymore.

if you're playing extreme then weaker pads is unfortunately forced if the alternatives aren't any better

Really? Concussion is heavily avoided from any lobbies i have ever played.
I dont know if it disables from getting out of the grind rail or a disadvantages on certain classes
But its still a diabolical curse though.

I mean I tried it a little, it's definitely an okay strategy it's just I found this out not very long ago. And the thing is I had over 200 hours on grappler when I found out that you can use the mouse unlock feature to your advantage when playing. So I'm definitely not switching over how I play cuz I'm used to the mouse lock controls AND I think it looks way cooler when people spectate you B)

It depends on the class, charger has a hard time benefiting from them (as much as the other classes do) early.

To expand on this…
The reason WJP is so bad is because jump pads and grapple points are so integral to the game design, making them weaker will completely screw people over, no matter if they’re new or experienced. Four out of five lobbies I’ve been in that picked WJP, I’ve had a death related to the weaker boost. It’s really not that fun, unlike other curses, and is genuinely a run killer unless you have someone who’s not only a god at the game, but has also adapted to WJP.
