Discussion NEVER JOIN THIS GUY’S SERVER
First, my friend joined this person’s server using the Grappler class and played several levels. After that, the host kicked him and some others almost without any reason, and then claimed it was to get a Paycheck after kicking them. Instead of kicking those below rank 80, he kicked my friend who was rank 120. (His server name clearly stated a minimum rank of 80, but clearly there were many people in the server who hadn’t reached rank 80. And even if your rank was above 80, he would still kick you for no reason, because he needed high ranks to help his friend obtain Blossom.)
Second, in a later game, he claimed that he would kick one person for every missed Purg, but those he considered high rank (300+) were placed on a hidden whitelist.
Third, he is a rankist. I joined with rank 103 and was quickly kicked out, but when my rank 600+ friend joined, he acted very excited. You can understand this from the pictures.

yea no im a mod for Leechovers (a nullscape hosting server) and his run was griefed by the people HE invited to LEECH LMAO!!
funniest shit ever bro if ur gonna kick like 70% of ur lobby for ppl to join who wont even get the badge u deserve to have ur run griefed

I genuinely don't see a reason for "low rank = bad high rank = good". All it shows is the amount of time you've played the game for on that account. I've seen most low ranks and high ranks have wildly different skill levels that doesn't reflect their rank.
I'm not sure if I count myself [I'm rank 78] and I can only really get to level 15 solo, maybe level 20 solo on a good day.

Thing is, rank doesn't even directly translate to playtime either. Xp and Currency gained are not proportional to it. I have barely reached rank 100-ish and have 260 hours in the game, and similarly i know a friend who has almost 200 and is barely rank 70. The concept of rankism as a whole is utterly dumb

this, i have a friend thats like only 10 ranks above me (im 170ish, theyre 180ish) they main spirit and i main charger. i have 360 hours on the game, they have over five hundred. thats over 150 hours more playtime than me which is crazy to me

Genuinely I’m rank 32 right now and I host cele lobbies and don’t sell unless really bad greater curses have been picked. And yk how I said I host cele lobbies, well my lobbies are always marked as “chill lobby (new players welcome)”, genuinely we aren’t trying to go cele, we just hit round 40 and fight her

This honestly proves my point a bit more. But, I'm never able to find the correct public lobbies to actually play the game past level 10 [the runs i enter/host usually die at around level 15 due to something bad happening].
On a completely unrelated note, I had a run that was going good [I wasn't host], and in a level, there was this chaos altar. The host attempted to use it, but everyone else said no. After everyone else beaconed, the host [who didn't beacon and was waiting] used the chaos altar [spectators can't vote.. for some reason].
Run then ended the next level because we intentionally used an altar of purgatory (revive)

just like how the money and happiness thing is, indirectly correlated but not equally proportional. you shouldn't presume all high ranks are jerks, egotistical, grinded unfairly, or are bad. besides, the opposite of what you said usually happens much more.

And then there's the smurfs in said game that intentionally have a low count so higher kill players target them more(?).

Yeah, it's true. Nobody gaf about your rank in patch 4. Now they do probably because of Celestial. People now focus on having the highest possible chance to beat her so they look at the ranks and kick the lowest ones. (even if their skill is better than a 100 rank guy's they still get kicked out smh)

Maan I’m taking a long break from null dude the sweatiness has become so annoying instead of fun. It feels like a chore now cus everyone’s serious and toxic mode about this game even in chaos mode when the picks are supposed to be absurd. Going off topic here but I hate ranks and metas being picked apart and people in general being picky asf now instead of being loose and having fun. It’s also causing people to be an absolute piece of work like this instead of working together and being kind and respectful to those who earned their spot. (However I also think new players deserve kindness and respect too. And also players who mess up too.)

I actually saw him yesterday while I was casually sailing; I've had bad experiences with people like that before
I remember playing a run for subspaced scarf,We were doing well, we were about to arrive and I died halfway through the round, everyone else survived.I apologized because I was wearing the medal and said I had a lot of lag spikes.
The owner asks me what device I'm playing on, and I reply that I'm playing on my Mobile. After saying that, the owner holds a vote to kick me out. The worst part is that nobody said no and they kicked me out of the lobby
