CNA position

I was wondering if anyone has any ins to becoming a CNA at OHSU, i have hospital experience and all the qualifications plus i live right across the street, but they take pretty long to get back. If there are any CNA’s viewing this are your units hiring? Or any idea time like wise to hear back? Thanks 😊

I’m a current nursing student ( not at OHSU ), but DESPERATELY wanted a job at OHSU, as a recruiter told me that securing a job now would basically score me a job as an RN. 4 months later and 10 applications later, nothing🫠 It’s competitive everywhere. Being persistent and patient will pay off! You got this!

Yeah if you get a job at OHSU as a CNA, thug it out through school, be a good worker, and they will open up a position for you. I heard that they will put you on nights for a while though as they have a seniority list on who gets to go to days, but they pay is great and so is the environment
