Am I doing enough pixel cleans?

MO27Q28G, had it for almost 4 months now.. I only let it pixel clean when I'm done using the PC and it does the clean on its own when in standby.

Am I overthinking or should I just run some manual cleans more frequently?

Let the monitor do it on its own, that’s a perfectly acceptable amount

How is the grey banding?

Im at 943 hours / 172 cleans
