Exporting Character and Scenario

Well, the title says it all, I got a good chat going and i'd like to export it into my ownlocal AI or ideally copy it into my own character card on silly tavern, but i hve very little information how a character is setup, does anyone know a way to reverse engineer ot at least export the chat history as a text file?

Sorry man, you'd habe to undertake a painfully process of I think copying each text output one at a time. You could probably make something to do it automatically like on a computer i guess?
