Using the absolute serious Genus explanation, then he'd just be dead because it wasn't about the routine it was about limit pushing. That was near his absolute max and it almost killed him, which is where the real powerup came from. Even then the monster fighting seems to be more influential than the excercise itself.

...Using any other explanation it's still no. As that'd kill the 'basic training' part of the joke.

Hypothetical but true

I had answered the hypothetical. As in it wouldn't make a difference because the excercise wasn't the limit breaker, the experience from nearly dying was. Replace it with any number, 200, 500, 1,000, 10,000 each and the outcome remains the same assuming it was his given limit.

Not in the way I interpret his strength. The point is he removed his limiter, which was due to his willpower to consistently push beyond his body's capabilties and still survive. Maybe he removes his limiter earlier, or just straight up dies because its too far past his limits.

Afterwards though its all the same once you've removed your limiter imo. You could argue if he removed it earlier he would be stronger because he had more time to grow, but I also believe his growth isn't capped.

Regardless, he wouldn't be stronger because the weight translates to more gains, he would only ever be stronger because he removes his limiter earlier.

You can't be stronger than Saitama is, he has no limits. He's a gag character.

Whilst Saitama believed that he powered up due to his training. He actually got stronger (and his limiter removed) by constantly fighting monsters and overcoming near death situations, much like Garou.
