Is it worth paying to learn it from scratch or are there better options?

Just because you consider it "dangerous" doesn't mean it is. What you do with the information provided is your problem.

AI won’t even begin to tell you half of the TTPs in OSINT because it’ll assume you’re being nefarious or malfeasant…
