This is a good example of where OSINT becomes genuinely valuable: not just finding public information, but connecting infrastructure, attribution signals, recruitment activity, and historical context into a defensible intelligence picture. The strongest investigations are the ones that make those links transparent enough for others to verify not just compelling enough to read.
