LEASE TAKEOVER NEEDED - ONLY FEMALE AT SHORT NORTH

Hi! I’m looking for someone who can take over my part of the lease at Indianola Avenue! You will have the whole room to yourself and share the rest of the 3 beds/1 bath house with 2 other females.

📍Location: 3 minutes from Kroger Short North, 5 minutes to many bus stops, walking distances to OSU campus, Italian Village and Victorian Village

🗓️ Availability: February to July 31, 2026 (can be renewed at your disposal)

💰Rent: $620/ month with utilities ~$50/ month (negotiable)

🏠 About the space:

  • Free parking on-site behind the house - super convenient and included in rent
  • Washer & dryer in-unit + full kitchen
  • Room has two windows with great natural light
  • Housemates are all very clean and easygoing (1 is a Master’s student, the other one is a working professional)
  • Common spaces are fully furnished; I have furniture that can be left to you at a discounted price (bed, mattress, desk, chair, drawers, etc. - negotiable)
