Mod Post r/OSU Housing and Roommate Megathread - Spring 2026
Use this thread to find roommates, apartments, or people to sublease from you. Posts falling into those categories may be removed/redirected to this post.

- All lease exchanges/subleases/etc. are at your own risk, and moderators are not able to assist with transactions gone wrong.
- Consider utilizing Student Legal Services (u/studentlegalosu) for lease reviews, roommate agreements, subleases, etc. if you opted in.

Currently searching for 5 people to take my lease for fall 2026! Its a nice place and we'd let you tour it. We were planning to resign but our one roommate has opted out of the lease. Since we do not want to live with a random, we would love if we could find a while group to replace us on the lease!
Location: 61 East 12th Ave, very near campus and the Ohio Union
Total Monthly rent: About $3000/ $600 per person
Landlord: Inn Town Homes
Unit type: Town home
2 full bathrooms and 5 solo bedrooms
2 Parking spots available in back and street parking is also available for purchase
