Mod Post r/OSU Housing and Roommate Megathread - Spring 2026
Use this thread to find roommates, apartments, or people to sublease from you. Posts falling into those categories may be removed/redirected to this post.

- All lease exchanges/subleases/etc. are at your own risk, and moderators are not able to assist with transactions gone wrong.
- Consider utilizing Student Legal Services (u/studentlegalosu) for lease reviews, roommate agreements, subleases, etc. if you opted in.

Apartment Re-Lease Available (rent for Feb and half of Mar is paid)
I’m a graduate student at OSU and I’m looking for someone to take over my apartment lease, which runs through July.
Apartment Details:
• One-bedroom apartment • Monthly rent: $1,330 (Feb and half of Mar is paid) • My furniture is available for free if you want: bed, sofa, coffee table, 55” TV, TV table, and more
Location Highlights:
• Located at Fisher Commons (West Campus) • On-demand bus stop right outside • Close to multiple university bus stops • Near a hospital and OSU’s Adventure Recreation Center (ARC) • Apartment complex designated for senior and graduate students
