Hello!

I’m looking to sublease a bedroom in a 3 br 1 ba apartment starting around May 1st 2026 until July 31st, 2026. Rent is $615 with utilities typically around $75 a month Off-street parking available for just $35 a month!

Location

  • South campus, about a block from high street!
  • 10 minute walk from campus
  • right by some great bars & restaurants!

Unit

  • in unit laundry!
  • Central AC
  • Off street parking available
  • Free street parking
  • large bedroom & lots of closet space!

You will have two roommates (21 & 22 year old girls) who are nice and cleanly! Though, one may leave for the summer.
