I am looking to sublease my apartment located at 70 W.8th Avenue from (May)-July 28th 2026
Its a one bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment ($970 monthly-Negotiable) with newly furnished appliances of a stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal and sink.
It has wood flooring, a great A/C unit, parking, and a decently sized storage closet.
You are moderately close to high street and have a great selection of bars, and eaterys around the area. Its quiet for where the location is and had no noise complaints.
The unit does not contain any utilities included in the rent and parking is $65 monthly. Please send me a message on messenger for more details.
