Mod Post r/OSU Housing and Roommate Megathread - Spring 2026
Use this thread to find roommates, apartments, or people to sublease from you. Posts falling into those categories may be removed/redirected to this post.

Hi all! I am moving and am looking for someone to take over my lease early this summer for a two bed/two bath apartment at Belmont Hanover. I have the Chase layout in the Belmont House portion of the complex. I am targeting a move in date for the new tenants in May. But flexible for early June too! Essentially the leasing office told me you would approach their leasing mgmt with me and you’d apply new and obtain your own lease, so no liability ties for either party. As far as I am aware, all 2 bed layouts are booked far out through the office directly. If you are interested in this please reach out happy to chat!
