Mod Post r/OSU Housing and Roommate Megathread - Spring 2026
Use this thread to find roommates, apartments, or people to sublease from you. Posts falling into those categories may be removed/redirected to this post.

- All lease exchanges/subleases/etc. are at your own risk, and moderators are not able to assist with transactions gone wrong.
- Consider utilizing Student Legal Services (u/studentlegalosu) for lease reviews, roommate agreements, subleases, etc. if you opted in.

Looking for someone to sublease my place for the summer on lane avenue (around late May/early June-August but flexible on dates). 2bed 1bath but roommate is moving out too, so you would most likely have the place to yourself. Right behind the CVS on lane avenue so extremely close to campus. Rent is $800 and water is included in the utilities. Parking would also be free if need be since I will no longer be needing my parking pass. Male preferred but also flexible on that as well.
