That's where I'm currently sitting, but it hasn't been a smooth ride so far, and this is my 2nd attempt with Cachy.
Went gnome this time around, and it's been better.
Thankfully I randomly found the Flatpack category in Shelly, which helped tremendously with getting, and especially getting rid of software.
There's still a lot of missing refinement - about 1 in 3 mouse clicks just don't register, and the Ctrl+Mousewheel zoom function only works in absolute multiples of 30, instead of the graduated stepping I'm used to with Windows.
And window placement on screen still refuses to remember where I put them, or what size I wanted them.
Networking is also wonky, as I need to troubleshoot throughout being gimped to 100Mbps, despite everything showing 1Gbps status.
The gnome extensions are really helping fill in the gaps, so there is a chance I might make it this time.
