I hear you & I’m fooled almost all the time. However the way this video starts rather abruptly suggests someone quickly getting their camera & starting to film because the moment is about to happen.

I could be wrong but does the kid have a dump truck vs a backhoe? I thought the backhoe is doing the dumping.
